We ship our products via UPS Ground or US Postal Service First Class & Priority service. All orders process and ship within one business day. You should allow 2-5 days for your product to arrive once it has been shipped. This will obviously vary depending on the shipping method. We ship your product the best way possible to get it to you quickly. Tracking is provided with all orders.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on our 5oz and 10oz packages for first time buyers. If you are buying the larger 20oz package we assume you have used our product before and already know it works for you.
If you are a first time buyer and are not 100% satisfied after trying our product for 3 weeks, simply return the remaining product for a full refund.
We do not accept returns on the 20oz size once it has been opened. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days and funds will be returned to the original payment method. Customer responsible for return shipping.
